WING HOTEL

Hotel is located at very convenient location, facing river, also near most of tourist attractions. Alyssa and Licl at front desk are very helpful to resolve all issues such as trip arrangement, money transfer, getting taxi, etc. I will stay at this hotel again if I return to Guilin.

The top floor of the hotel is very beautiful, and you can enjoy the free afternoon tea given by the hotel. The hotel is in a good location and faces the Lijiang River.Into the two rivers and four lakes and various scenic spots.

There is free afternoon tea on the sixth floor of the hotel, and the scenery above is quite good.The hotel is decorated in Japanese style and has a self-service laundry room.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Wings Hotel during our visit to Guilin. The location is right in the street of food and retails. The staff at the front office were very helpful and patience when handling our questions. One of the guy staff at the front desk even patiently provided suggestions on various tourists sites. Xiao Liu is also very helpful in arranging our tour to various scenic places. Providing useful tips for dining around the area. Nevertheless, there would be a group of local doing their morning routine right in front of the hotel along the river. The music is rather loud and it would be from 9am to 11am most of the mornings. Other than that, overall we find our experience to be good and would return if we happen to revisit Guilin in future.

Nice stay in Guilin , room clean,comfortable,staff is nice,close to major sights and the river.

I had a very good stay in Wing Hotel by the riverside. The rooms were nice. Especially the service was fantastic! Very patient and friendly staff who communicated with us via translation apps if they were not able to understand or explain in English. They gave us a late checkout. Also, they were extremely helpful in dealing with a last minute cancellation of our flights.
