Wonderful mountain view. You can see the peaks from the balcony! Room was very clean and and air conditioning was very responsive. Location was perfect - walking distance to the Sun & Moon pagodas and the elephant trunk hill. If you're into walking, you can even walk from the East West Alley. Really great & friendly service as well - everybody was always smiling and they even gave us a little gift bag on the way out. Very accommodating with a late check-out too.

This is an amazing hotel suitable for a family, the employees and environment is excellent. The front desk lady Miss Yu is an amazing person, helpful and pleasant, we asked her to introduce us good restaurants and she literally took us to the restaurant!!! The restaurant she introduced they were speaking English and the try to assist us with all dishes asking for possible allergies!!!! We were amazed for the service of hotel and restaurants. The rooms were clean and nice, breakfast was one of the best we had in the area combining Chinese and some western dishes. The 2 pools on 6th floor are nice and kids friendly. Overall it is a recommended hotel based on my experience, I have to say I am really tough with my reviews..

Hotel is located conveniently near major tourist attractions, right in front of the Elephant trunk hill, nice view at of the Sun and Moon Pagodas from the hotel restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable, nice gesture by the to provide complimentary soft toys for both of my children to bring back home as souvenirs.

Tasteful design a with fantastic view on Li River. Our room is spacious room with plenty of benches for putting things. Excellent sound proof. Free snacks and drinks with refills. Breakfasts were very good. Staff at reception and breakfast restaurant were friendly and efficient. Location is a short taxi ride from shopping and fooding in the center, which we preferred…less chaotic and more relaxed. Good value for money.

This stay was perfect! From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the front desk, and the check-in was quick and considerate. The guest rooms are fully equipped with smart toilets, Xiaodu smart control of the whole house, and the laundry room is free for 24 hours. Disposable toilet mats, razors, care kits, sewing kits and other items are also provided. If there is anything, the service staff responds quickly and has a good attitude. It's very good. I will come again next time!

This small hotel in Guilin was an absolute delight and made our trip even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the Li River, the famous Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and local shops. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring. The rooms are bright, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed: good air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and cozy beds. What truly made the experience stand out was the amazing service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. They spoke excellent English, gave us great local tips, and helped us arrange boat tours and transportation around Guilin and Yangshuo. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff even accommodated our early departure with a takeaway option. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming base in Guilin, this hotel is a perfect choice. The combination of its fantastic location and outstanding service makes it a true hidden gem!

Value for money stay.  Amazing laundry room with 3 washers and dryers and a big space to hang dry clothes!  Good lighting inside room.  Breakfast selection is good except that there is no coffee.  Toilet space a bit small.

I mentioned it before, because it's so nice, I came back to stay another day, hahaha. The host is very nice. He sits in the lobby and is very chatty and knowledgeable. As soon as we checked in, he introduced the surrounding attractions and helped us avoid pitfalls. The house is decorated with care and love. There's a small garden with a big dog and cat, which are very cute. The room has a great view of the river, and the location is great. It's close to the attractions.

Great location right in front of Elephant Trunk Hill.  We reserved a car pick up at the train station and when arrived, received an upgrade to VIP floor with a room that has direct view of Elephant Trunk Hill.  We enjoyed the welcoming afternoon tea, and was delighted to see the welcome treats, free minibar, and took advantage of the VIP Lounge.  The room was beautiful and luxurious, with a deep soaking tub, and upscale amenities. The staff were all welcoming and proficient in English. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

It was a great experience staying at Hanting Hotel Guilin Railway Station! The hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw from the train station, opposite the train station and just across the underpass. Transportation is also very convenient, with more than ten or twenty fast charging piles to recharge the vehicle 😀🥰, saving the time of queuing for charging. The hotel is located on the main road of the city, making it easy to get to the city center or surrounding attractions. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the facilities are complete, the bed is comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. I particularly like the hotel.
