Guilin Xiufeng District Hotels

The room and the service were very good! The location is also very convenient. I booked a tour to the Longji Rice terraces through the hotel which was very nice and saved me to navigate there by public transport. The hotel breakfast is also good and has a lot of variety. Luckily they provide earplugs because the soundproofing is not the best and depending on the room neighbors it can get very loud.

Very nice hotel with great location and rooftop pool and terrace with amazing views of river and mountains. The staff was friendly but not a lot of people at the front desk spoke English. We also had a breakfast which was quite good. I would recommend to add some western choices like pancakes, ham, cheese, yogurt bowls.

The room was clean en specious. But the view whoch wason the picture was not there. There is free selfservice laundry which was very convenient. The front desk was very helpfull. Xiao yang did her best to help. The wechat contact was also very nice. Ontlly when booking trips via frontdesk the wise card could not be accepted.

Great stay here, very central and the room was clean and comfortable. We appreciate Jolin and Ella at the front desk they were very helpful.

The hotel is in the heart of the city , right next to the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. Also walking distance to the elephant trunk hill and Jingjiang Princes' Palace. Very convenient. The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable with both coffee and Chinese tea available. I would like to compliment all the staff who served us during our two separate day’s stay. They were so friendly and helpful. They arranged the tea to be served in our room when we returned to hotel at night as it was inclusive in our package. The heartwarming part was when we had to check out very early to catch the train they asked us to pick up some food from the breakfast buffet to take with us. I would like to especially thank 小燕， 媚媚，and 娜娜for making our trip memorable. We will certainly come back if we return to Guilin in the near future.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking scenery that made our stay even more special. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied every craving. It felt like every meal was thoughtfully prepared with quality and taste in mind. One of the best parts of the location is that several famous scenic spots are within 10 km, making it super convenient for sightseeing and day trips. Despite being close to everything, the hotel itself had a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—so calm and rejuvenating that it felt more like a resort than a typical hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to visit again 🤗

The hotel left only positive impressions! The view is absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings. Of course, it can get a bit noisy in the evening as guests enjoy their time on the premises, but the music shuts off exactly at 11:30 PM, and you can sleep peacefully. A very nice touch was when the reception gave us local delicacies upon our departure — it was an unexpected but very thoughtful gesture. Additionally, we forgot our Euro adapter, and the receptionist literally ran after us for about 7 minutes to return it. We were really touched by the attention to detail and care for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel!

View: The hotel is right next to the famous Li River which has been extolled by poets across the centuries. In the morning you can see the sun rising from Guiling’s unique mountains. Cleanliness: spotlessly clean. Service: The staff is polite. There was some hold up at check in but nothing worth nitpicking on. Facilities: As a local I highly recommend the Chinese noodle at breakfast table. Other food is typical international fusion with a Chinese blend. The pool and the gym is a bit small, nice if you have to keep yourself at shape during travel but leaves room for more. The executive lounge is a bit rundown and old-fashioned compared to the rest of the hotel. The cafe at lobby level has an elegant minimalistic atmosphere.

When I first arrived I was quite disappointed that my room didn't look much at all like the photos on the listing. My one recommendation is that this is updated so that people have appropriate expectations... However, I could not help but enjoy my stay here. Overall the hotel felt exceptionally good value, laundry was done for me and I had access to a scooter. Breakfast tea and coffee all included as well. Xiaoming is also a fantastic and attentive host, who seems to look after all his guests well.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel in Guilin. The service was exceptional—from the front desk to the coffee shop, and even the housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, attentive, and professional. The hotel made my visit to Guilin even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
