Really cool location in the middle of a big park. They're very good about transporting you to and from the front of the park via golf cart whenever you want. Pool and hot spring were both very good. Overall had a great experience.

This hotel is very lovely and natural and I loved it! The staff was extremely helpful, everything was clean, working, and easy to understand! Everyone at the desk and the staff were all very helpful and understanding of the fact that I did not speak Chinese, and this effort was appreciated. They communicated via WeChat so that I could translate their messages easily :) If one day I come back to Guilin, I will stay here again! The location is great, it is an easy walk to the main market street (East West Street). Also the breakfast was delicious - I wish I could eat wontons every day for the rest of my life 😁

The room we booked was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and stylish, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the fatigue of the journey was dissipated suddenly. The most surprising thing is the view of the room. When you open the curtains, you can see the night view of the city. The lights are particularly beautiful at night.

This is the second time I have come to Huazhu. Unlike before, this time I booked a room with a bathtub. I didn’t expect the scenery outside the room to be as beautiful as ever. This was a really nice social small hostel. The staff were super friendly and arranged a dinner for us at the local restaurant and one night there was a local meet up for “English Corner” so we had a great time speaking to the locals. The place is a little out of the center, but is easily connected by bus and is next to a nice park. This hostel was great value for money, nothing too fancy but it was really a great few days. Also they have a western style toilet 👍

Very close to the scenic spot and worth the upgrade cost to get a big window to have a lovely view! The staff was accommodating at all hours of the day and even have snacks and water up front. Check in was easy and the room was well sized. A good restaurant is a few minutes walk away to bring back food for their terrace area. Breakfast was simple but filling for a days adventures. Although we didn’t end up booking a tour, the hotel offered a contact to view the prices for tours. Overall was a very pleasant time with this hotel.

The hotel is inside the scenic spot, the service is very good, it may not have as many facilities as chain hotels, but the environment is pretty good, there will be a car to pick up the hotel at the entrance of the scenic spot, the reception uncles are very enthusiastic, and they took the trouble to send mosquito repellent liquid at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, and also gave free tickets to the scenic spot. It's a pity that I came here on a business trip and didn't have much time to visit. The hotel is on the top of Monkey Mountain, where you can see monkeys

overall our stay was really good environment was pretty comfy, staff was very professional best thing was reception staff as they contacted us even before our arrival if we need anything special like we needed parking place and it was arranged immediately.

The accommodations were excellent, with complete facilities. I'm not a fan of bathtubs, but the hotel provided disposable bathtub bags, which were a pleasant experience. They also provided disposable toilet seats and two types of slippers, which were very nice. The room had great lighting and a comfortable bed, large enough for three people. There was a full-length mirror and central air conditioning, which was comfortable without direct airflow. The laundry room was in the garden, with both a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the room lacked a laundry basket, but there were hangers and an open wardrobe, so clothes dried overnight. We were greeted with milk and a small gift. Overall, I was very satisfied! I loved this hotel. The location is also great, close to Guihai Qinglan, Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area, Wangcheng Scenic Area, and the high-speed rail station. It's also near a university, so it's not noisy at night.
