Hotels in Guilin South Railway Station/Too Square/Qintan Bus Station, Guilin

The room and the service were very good! The location is also very convenient. I booked a tour to the Longji Rice terraces through the hotel which was very nice and saved me to navigate there by public transport. The hotel breakfast is also good and has a lot of variety. Luckily they provide earplugs because the soundproofing is not the best and depending on the room neighbors it can get very loud.

小小诗管家特别好! She has been super responsive through my trip and ensure everything gone smoothly. Also provided a lot of recommendations on things to do and eat around. The hotel has great services including unlimited drinks and snacks. There's also a night where they delivered sweet soup. Overall a 10/10 stay and will highly recommend to my friends to make a visit.

Very nice hotel with great location and rooftop pool and terrace with amazing views of river and mountains. The staff was friendly but not a lot of people at the front desk spoke English. We also had a breakfast which was quite good. I would recommend to add some western choices like pancakes, ham, cheese, yogurt bowls.

Wonderful mountain view. You can see the peaks from the balcony! Room was very clean and and air conditioning was very responsive. Location was perfect - walking distance to the Sun & Moon pagodas and the elephant trunk hill. If you're into walking, you can even walk from the East West Alley. Really great & friendly service as well - everybody was always smiling and they even gave us a little gift bag on the way out. Very accommodating with a late check-out too.

The room was clean en specious. But the view whoch wason the picture was not there. There is free selfservice laundry which was very convenient. The front desk was very helpfull. Xiao yang did her best to help. The wechat contact was also very nice. Ontlly when booking trips via frontdesk the wise card could not be accepted.

The hotel left only positive impressions! The view is absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings. Of course, it can get a bit noisy in the evening as guests enjoy their time on the premises, but the music shuts off exactly at 11:30 PM, and you can sleep peacefully. A very nice touch was when the reception gave us local delicacies upon our departure — it was an unexpected but very thoughtful gesture. Additionally, we forgot our Euro adapter, and the receptionist literally ran after us for about 7 minutes to return it. We were really touched by the attention to detail and care for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 4 nights with as a family of 5 (two rooms, one of which is a room with an extra bed). I’ve written a much longer review for our other booking, but in gist, highly recommend! The services was impeccable and the view of the pagoda was lovely from the room. It was also really modern and the number of freebies from woodblock printing to foot massage and more really sweetened the deal. You could tell they also really cared about service - the guest relation manager even asked us during our buffet breakfast if we had any feedback for them! It especially helped that the buffet breakfast was really good, as well as the hotel restaurant

The hotel is in the heart of the city , right next to the Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. Also walking distance to the elephant trunk hill and Jingjiang Princes' Palace. Very convenient. The hotel room itself was very clean and comfortable with both coffee and Chinese tea available. I would like to compliment all the staff who served us during our two separate day’s stay. They were so friendly and helpful. They arranged the tea to be served in our room when we returned to hotel at night as it was inclusive in our package. The heartwarming part was when we had to check out very early to catch the train they asked us to pick up some food from the breakfast buffet to take with us. I would like to especially thank 小燕， 媚媚，and 娜娜for making our trip memorable. We will certainly come back if we return to Guilin in the near future.

It’s a very quiet hotel on the fourth floor, Just the opposite side of H&M store. The hotel & room designs are fabulous, near to the Main Street - Zhengyang Pedestrian Street - ( you just need to cross the road from the underground tunnel ) to be there. Walkable to the Sun & moon Pagoda.

The reception is good! The first day we arrived, he saw us took a lot of things from the car, even we haven’t check in or whatever, he came out and try to help us to take it! Super nice, kind, and helpful guy!!!
