"The property has potential with good environment and hardware; but the soft aspect of guest room is not well taken care of and this affects customer experience. Likes - quiet & serene environment, good service in providing prompt internal transport Areas need more attention for improvement: - in the room the coffee & tea container is there but empty - in the bathroom there were lots of small toiletry bottles but shower gel is missing! Imagine a guest is already in shower & finds no shower gel to use..... - cloth hanger with clips was not in good order; side table is badly stained. - it may be on purpose but no tv & no phone is a no-no for customer experience. Phone to contact front desk remains the most efficient & direct means of communication & service; even in today's high tech era. - why create a dent in customer experience when breakfast is covered yet charge for coffee?"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, with balconies overlooking the scenic waterfall. Our family room was very comfortable and quiet, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. There's a convenient parking lot downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The service was superb; a dedicated staff member even contacted us in advance, communicating promptly via WeChat, and provided shuttle service to and from the scenic area entrance. A helpful tip for visitors: the entrance tickets are valid for three days, and you'll need your ID as it's frequently checked once you're inside the scenic area. Furong Ancient Town itself is incredibly beautiful. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience."

"Zhang was the nicest host ever. He took us to the town and train station and didn’t even make us pay him extra. He was really nice as helped us whenever we needed anything. The hotel was perfect. The prettiest view and spacious room. Really good bathroom where the shower and toilet are separated. Everything is clean and smells good. The air conditioning works perfectly. I think it was completely worth it staying here, as we got the best of both worlds: we could go enjoy the town but come back to the hotel and enjoy the amazing view and calmness of the river. If I ever come back to Furong I’m staying here again! Thank you so much for everything!!"

"The room was absolutely spotless! Perched across the river, the guesthouse offered a breathtaking panoramic view of Furong Town's entire nightscape. Enjoying those stunning night lights from the comfort of my bed was a truly magical experience. They also have a fantastic viewing terrace, which was a real highlight! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the younger owner was quite charming! Its location is also very convenient, just about a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. Considering it's a river-view room right within the scenic area, the price offered exceptional value for money."

"Although the house is outside the scenic area, about a five-minute drive from the scenic area, you can see the night view of the entire Furong Town through the glass while lying on the bed, and it is quiet at night! The most important thing is that the boss is super nice. He is responsible for picking up and delivering to the scenic spot, which eliminates the trouble of finding a parking space in the scenic spot.
