"The hotel's location is excellent. They provided a complimentary ride to Furong Ancient Town, which only took a few minutes. When we returned, we called them and they promptly sent a car to pick us up from the parking lot. The staff was very enthusiastic, even helping our group of over 10 people with our luggage. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and hygienic. The hot water in the bathroom was also great. The only downside was that breakfast was a bit too simple. Overall, it was a very good experience."

"Great place to stay in Furong Town! I’m not a fan of “inn-style” rooms so it was really nice to find a hotel in the town where the rooms were modern, clean and huge. I was picked up and dropped off at the train station and they even brought me some amazing noodles in the morning for breakfast before my early flight. It’s in a really great location too making it easy to get to and from it. I didn’t choose a couple other options bc I had two pieces of luggage and I didn’t want to haul them up/down tons of steps in town. Found a nice restaurant on the other side of the river with amazing views of the waterfall for pictures and videos. And then I got to sleep peacefully at the hotel. (Also, the rooms have a face recognition software which I thought was super cool. As well as the smart projector and assistant in the room) definitely recommend!"

"Honestly, this was one of the warmest hotel experiences I’ve had in China. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything — from prebooking the scenic area ticket (at a discount!) to arranging a smooth free pickup based on my train arrival time. They even upgraded my room for free to one with a great mountain view. Throughout my stay, they helped me explore the area and even told me about the evening cultural show in the village — which was amazing, and I would’ve totally missed it if they hadn’t mentioned it. In the morning, when I said I couldn’t eat pork, they quickly prepared a special noodle dish just for me and helped point out the other pork-free options. They also arranged my departure taxi without any hassle. The location is great too — just a few minutes’ walk to the waterfall. Overall, such kind people and a genuinely pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I loved my stay, and even more, the hospitality my wife and I received. They gave us an upgrade to a wonderful room with a great view — the room was very comfortable, spacious, and cozy, and the bed was amazing as well. There were two washing machines available and also a dryer, which helped us a lot. They gave us some oranges when we arrived and again when we left — those oranges saved us on the way back 🤣🤣 They are wonderful and attentive people, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Service: Absolutely fantastic! A staff member from the hotel was there to pick us up right after we arrived at the high-speed train station, and the car was a comfortable business vehicle. Cleanliness: Spotless. Location & Amenities: The hotel is incredibly close to the scenic area. A great bonus is that you can purchase discounted attraction tickets from the lobby a day in advance. Facilities: Very well-equipped, and they even have robots delivering takeout! Thoughtful Touches: They also prepared complimentary welcome fruit in our room. Overall, it was an amazing experience! Highly recommend it!"

"If I can give this homestay 10 stars, I would because I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this homestay. Thanks to the incredibly kind and hospitable owner who made us feel like family. The owner, who was the sole caretaker of the entire house, went out of her way to ensure our comfort and well-being. She personally helped us with laundry, shared warm smiles, and even provided traditional medicines like hot tea to help soothe my cough. Her genuine care and attention made our stay not just comfortable, but truly heartwarming. The homestay itself is located in the beautiful Furong Ancient Town, a serene and laid-back town in Hunan Province that offers a glimpse into a millennium-old town with rich history and culture. It’s the perfect place to soak in the slow-paced, authentic charm of traditional Chinese life. I highly encourage everyone to visit Furong Ancient Town and experience its unique blend of history, tranquility, and local hospitality. If you’re looking for a homely stay where you’ll be treated like family, and a chance to explore one of China’s charming ancient towns, this homestay is the perfect choice. It’s a memorable experience that I will cherish forever! P.S. The restaurant just beside the homestay serves the best Humba and Bamboo Shoots. Our family loved the Hunanese dishes."

"It is very convenient to park by car! The boss is very nice! The service is first-rate! Parking + pick-up + tea tasting + chat introduction and guide one-stop service! A very cost-effective homestay! ! There is also an elevator! ! No need to worry about going up and down the stairs to carry luggage! ! The room has Japanese tatami + a small tea table! It is perfect for me to drink tea! If... I have to find faults, the only drawback is that the toilet sound in the bathroom can be a little quieter! (I was scared by the flushing of the toilet for the first time 🤣🤣) The position of the above-the-counter basin faucet is a little higher, which is more suitable! That would be perfect! Next time I have a chance, I should still visit other bigger and more comfortable rooms!"

The hotel offers shuttle service not just to the high-speed train station but also to local attractions, which is incredibly convenient. The service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. My friends and I checked into several rooms together, and not one of them had any complaints. The cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort were all absolutely top-notch. This is a hotel worth bookmarking for repeat visits. It's undoubtedly far superior to the guesthouses within Furong Ancient Town, guaranteeing a truly restful experience. 1. The welcome lounge area is comfortable and offers complimentary tea. 2. The hotel has three elevators, which is great for efficiency and guest privacy. 3. The bed is comfortable, and they provide both soft and firm pillows. 4. The bathroom is pleasant, and the toiletries are orange essential oil-based, with a lovely, relaxing scent. 5. The gym might be small, but it's equipped with a treadmill. 6. A laundry room is also available. 7. Breakfast is extensive and features unique specialties. 8. The staff are warm and incredibly attentive. Special shout-out to Xiang Yuting at the front desk for her enthusiastic, helpful, and impeccable service. On a side note, the entrance fee for Furong Ancient Town isn't worth it."
