Samson kharelGreat place with a strategic location. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't offer many choices for a 5-star hotel. The selection was limited, more like what you'd find at a 3 or 4-star hotel.

MerayapJeGreat service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!

Anonymous UserI definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. This is my honest review. Thank you.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Guest UserThis hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the service is satisfying. The facilities are also well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. As a suggestion, for connecting rooms, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from the next room is still quite audible and can affect comfort, especially if guests are not acquainted. I hope it continues to improve in the future and remains a great choice for a stay.
