"This is an older generation hotel, but it has been somewhat refreshed. On the plus side, the service was very pleasant. The restaurant is quite nice with a decent breakfast. Parking is easy right outside the hotel. There's good access from the hotel to Lisbon. Almada itself has its charm, so it's worth checking out the old town for dinner and catching the sunset with a view of Lisbon. On the downside, the rooms aren't very big and lack balconies, and the decor is quite average. With the windows open, there's quite a bit of noise from the expressway, which is visible from the rooms."

The decor is elegant, modern, and meticulously detailed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are another strong point, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the gym, which completely exceeded my expectations. It's very well-equipped and a pleasant place to work out. Regarding the gastronomy, everything we tried was of excellent quality. You can tell there's care, consistency, and attention to detail. But the true highlight, without a doubt, is the service. It was simply exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attention that made all the difference. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. A very special thank you to João, the bar manager if I'm not mistaken, whose service was impeccable, extremely professional, attentive to detail, and always available. He truly made a difference in our experience. 100 out of 100! And not to forget the rest of the team, a big thank you. It was a memorable experience. Without a doubt, a hotel to return to."
