"The Manor is an exceptional hotel with great staff and a relaxing environment. We enjoyed our short stay here and took advantage of the nice trails and scenery nearby. The amenities are good here but I found the gym a little lacking compared to everything else. Otherwise this is the perfect place to stay near Baguio and enjoy a little getaway."

"Overall our stay was ok. But i would not recommend it for guests planning for a staycation . Pros: ●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong. ● Breakfast buffet is good ●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable. ●View is nice Cons: ●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.” Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy. ●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.” ●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online. Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay."

"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at A Hotel. Very convenient since it is near the park, market and restaurants. Session road is near also. Thank you A Hotel. Staffs are friendly too."

"The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were polite and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Overall, it’s a good value for money and a solid choice."

"This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff."

"The hotel is okay for a short stay, though there are a few things to keep in mind. The place is a bit old, and it shows in some of the room features. The electrical outlets are the parallel type, so you’ll need to bring an adapter if you plan to charge your devices. The bathroom setup could also use some improvement—the door doesn’t lock, and the shower door doesn’t fully close, which means water can easily spill out and leave the floor wet. We paid a little under ₱2000 for an overnight stay, which already included breakfast. The location is also fairly convenient. If you enjoy walking, Burnham Park is about a kilometer away, and it’s an easy and pleasant walk—we ended up going there on foot ourselves. Overall, it’s not the most modern or polished place, but it works fine if you’re just looking for a simple place to stay for the night."
