This newly renovated two-bedroom townhome in the Bermuda Bay community in the center of Kill Devil Hills offers fun for the whole family. In season, the on-site pool complex has shaded cabanas, a lazy river, and a waterslide, plus a volleyball court. The fitness center in the clubhouse is available year-round. We are afforded a "Stop Light" intersection on 1st - during the busier times of the year this is a huge positive in the OBX because those access points have a stop light with a crosswalk to cross N Croatan which can be busy during peak times. Kitty Hawk Bay is due Northwest from our Cabin. We highly recommend you head down that way to the Bay Ave Walking/Biking trail for sunsets at night, but also at anytime during the day because the Bay Drive trail runs along the bay for several miles in each direction. You can use this for walking, running, biking. It also leads to the Avalon Beach Kitty Hawk Bay Boat Launch where you can launch boats, jetskis, canoes, kayaks, etc. Additionally, if you take the trail South, you can actually walk or ride bikes to the Wright Brother's Memorial from the back way along 1st Street.The garage has a secondary fridge for guest use. It is also equipped with at least 6 bikes - sometimes up to 10 for guest use. There are nice bike trails by the condo that take you down the sound shore or to the Wright Brothers Monument.This condo is on the 1rst floor but there are 6 stairs to climb.
