We provide clean sheets and towels for your convenience and comfort. The upper level is a large guest suite with a bunkbed and pull out trundle, and a play area with a foosball table. The lower level garage has been renovated into a great entertaining area with a TV, Nintendo Wii, dartboard, a full-sized table and lounge furniture, and plenty of space to play various games. There is a parking space in front of the garage and an extra reserved parking space just for this property. This home consists of four levels. Ground floor has the garage and entrance, second floor consists of the master king bedroom and bath, Queen bedroom and bath, and laundry. The kitchen, dining, living room and half bath are located on the third level, and the fourth floor hosts the bunk room and a full bath. A day of food and shopping in Downtown Waterfront Manteo or Duck is always a treat! Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are all very close by. We are afforded a "Stop Light" intersection on 1st - during the busier times of the year this is a huge positive in the OBX because those access points have a stop light with a crosswalk to cross N Croatan which can be busy during peak times. Kitty Hawk Bay is due Northwest from our Cabin. We highly recommend you head down that way to the Bay Ave Walking/Biking trail for sunsets at night, but also at anytime during the day because the Bay Drive trail runs along the bay for several miles in each direction. You can use this for walking, running, biking. It also leads to the Avalon Beach Kitty Hawk Bay Boat Launch where you can launch boats, jetskis, canoes, kayaks, etc. Additionally, if you take the trail South, you can actually walk or ride bikes to the Wright Brother's Memorial from the back way along 1st Street.The garage has a secondary fridge for guest use. It is also equipped with at least 6 bikes - sometimes up to 10 for guest use.
