We provide clean sheets and towels for your convenience and comfort. The upper level is a large guest suite with a bunkbed and pull out trundle, and a play area with a foosball table. The lower level garage has been renovated into a great entertaining area with a TV, Nintendo Wii, dartboard, a full-sized table and lounge furniture, and plenty of space to play various games. There is a parking space in front of the garage and an extra reserved parking space just for this property. This home consists of four levels. Ground floor has the garage and entrance, second floor consists of the master king bedroom and bath, Queen bedroom and bath, and laundry. The kitchen, dining, living room and half bath are located on the third level, and the fourth floor hosts the bunk room and a full bath.
