The carpets in the hallways outside the rooms were incredibly thick and soft, making every step silent and comfortable. The room itself was beautifully designed with a real sense of quality and layered decor. The soft furnishings were exceptionally pleasing, and the bedding was soft and conducive to a great night's sleep. What truly touched me was the sense of calm and warmth I felt here, especially after experiencing an earthquake in Xishuangbanna the night before, which had left me feeling quite down. Both the environment and the service provided such comfort. All the staff were very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was gentle and healing. I genuinely felt soothed and cared for. It was a truly therapeutic stay, highly recommended!"

"Facilities: The facilities are quite new, and the hardware is excellent. The lobby environment is also very good. The breakfast was also great! Very rich indeed. I loved it, but my mom thought it was just okay. Cleanliness: I didn't find any issues. Environment: The location is superb, close to everything, and incredibly close to the high-high-speed train station. Service: A special shout-out for the service! Every staff member was wonderful! They genuinely tried to solve every problem encountered, not just going through the motions. They truly thought about how to resolve issues. I had to change rooms midway due to a minor issue, and the new room was not only clean and tidy but every single item was placed exactly as it was in my original room! Incredible attention to detail!"

"I came for the seagulls, and Kunming surprised me, starting with this hotel. I chose it because it's close to the old town, new, and includes breakfast. When I arrived, I considered changing rooms or even hotels due to the street noise, but the front desk arranged a high-floor room. It was late January, so I needed the AC on at night, and to my surprise, I couldn't hear any street noise at all. Plus, a popular BBQ spot next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise, so I promptly extended my stay for three more days."

"I booked three rooms with my family, two of which were originally reserved as 270-degree floor-to-ceiling window rooms. We wanted to add an extra bed, and the day before check-in, the Guest Relations Manager, Amy, called me to suggest we upgrade to a luxury suite. On the day of check-in, she had already arranged the rooms for us, demonstrating very thoughtful service. The rooms were indeed spacious enough, and the upgraded rooms also included executive lounge access, with afternoon tea and evening French light meals, which turned out to be quite a good deal. The service from the lounge, front desk, concierge, and housekeeping was excellent. We had a wonderful vacation!"

"Free airport shuttle service at Kunming Changshui International Airport: I chose this hotel specifically for the pickup service, which was excellent, very prompt, and the hotel is very close to the airport. Facilities: A bit dated. Hygiene: Needs improvement, there were hairs on the headboard. Service: Quite good, they answered all my questions. Remember to close the windows at night, haha, Kunming is still so beautiful!"

"Unexpectedly, I randomly booked this hotel and it turned out to be amazing! It's newly renovated, but there's no lingering smell of renovation. The front desk lady was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. She even upgraded us to a deluxe standard room for free! The room was very clean, and the bedding was the white color I prefer, giving it a high-class feel, and it was super comfortable to lie on. The price was quite reasonable too, making it a hotel with excellent value for money. Highly recommend! Highly recommend!"
