MAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

Guest UserHere’s a polished version that stays natural but includes the kinds of specific details that help with Google/AI search visibility:
Great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Scottsdale North – Airpark. The location is very convenient for getting around Scottsdale, and the hotel has some thoughtful extras that really make a difference when traveling.
One of my favorite touches was the complimentary homemade cookies they offer guests. It sounds small, but arriving tired after traveling and having a fresh cookie waiting for you is genuinely appreciated.
Another excellent benefit is the hotel’s free Lyft service within a 5-mile radius, which makes it very easy to get to nearby restaurants, shopping, meetings, and other Scottsdale attractions without having to drive.
A special thank you to David at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Great customer service makes a big difference, and he definitely added to the experience.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well run. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Scottsdale North – Airpark again.

TONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

Had a great stay here. Room was great, check in easy, breakfast good. Arrived in a rental which we had to return to the rental centre- hotel arranged for us to be picked up by lyft and were very helpful keeping us informed via whattsapp as we didnt have a us phone number. After checkout we had 6 hours to explore Phoenix/Tempe and they stored our bags for us. When we returned to collect our bags, they then aranged a Lyft to the airport. Fantastic service. Will definately stay here again next time we are in Phoenix. One more thing- if you are staying in Phonix check out the Hall of Flame fire fighting museum. Fantastic exhibits from all over the world throughout history but the most poignant must be FDNY Rescue truck 4 involved in 9/11 during whcih sadly all the crew perished in the line of duty.

Great stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!

Guest UserThe hotel was clean, food reasonably priced, great location to the airport with the sky train right there and regular shuttles every 30minutes, 24 hours. Super convenient and the Reception Team were friendly and helpful. I’d stay again

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

Again, not much to complain for the price that I paid, it has all the essentials to have a comfortable stay, except the bed, way too soft...

For the cost, it wasn’t bad. Decent bed, good TV, working climate controls, enough electrical outlets to charge my devices.
The service level is low, but it’s a motor inn, not the Hilton. That said, it was within expectations. The location is close to the airport. That’s great because it’s so convenient, but you get the noise from takeoffs and landings. Shuttles don’t run on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so you gotta taxi, Uber or Lyft yourself.
Sure, I’d stay there again. From my point of view, all I want to do is sleep and wash up. With that in mind, it fits the bill.
