With big lake views, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, flat yard with a variety of yard games, and a dock with lake views and tons of water toys; you can’t go wrong with this lake house dream!Lake temperature is swimmable from April until mid to late October but this home is great year round! Just minutes from Clemson University this home is the perfect place for those Fall football games, winter basketball games and spring baseball! Boat rentals are available on the lake or bring your own. If you bring your own then you can launch it at the community boat launch one street over or at the South Cove County Park about ten minutes away. Boats can be tied up to the side of the dock as there are NO available boat slips on the dock. While guests will not have use of the owner’s boat or jet ski, there are plenty of local boat/ jet ski rental companies that will deliver to the dock for guest use. Main floor includes one master suite with a king bed, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and the hall full bath that leads into the bunk room which has two sets of twin over full bunks.
