What a hidden gem of a hotel! The river view rooms offer stunning sunsets, and the city view rooms boast beautiful sunrises!
The hotel environment is impeccable, and the service is exceptional. I had a ton of luggage, and they proactively offered to help me.
The underground parking garage is spacious and clean.
I booked a travel photoshoot offered by the hotel, but the guy I was scheduled with had a poor attitude and missed two of my calls. Thankfully, they managed to find another photographer last minute, so my plans weren't ruined.
And that photographer was amazing! He arrived in 20 minutes, used a 5D3, and was incredibly professional. The photos turned out absolutely stunning; they were the best I got on this trip! Even the unedited originals were gorgeous!
The swimming pool is huge and very beautiful, and there are two lifeguards on duty.
The hot springs are incredibly relaxing!
