The weather during our stay was very cold, the hotel was more empty than full. The room was with air conditioning, we turned on the warm flow, we warmed up.
Warm water in the shower only in the morning, in the evening cold water flows. Shampoo, shower gel, comb and toothbrush are included.
There is no breakfast as such, on the first day we took bread with an omelet and coffee, the coffee was not very good, instead of milk we added a spoonful of condensed milk. On the second day we decided not to go at all.
There is no free water in the room, there were 10 paid bottles in the bar, 10 tr dong each.
The staff is responsive, friendly. They helped with all requests. The hotel is located on the main street, we liked the location, the nearest cafes are 100-150 meters away.

We were very satisfied with the service here. The receptionists were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, making us feel welcomed. Although the food portions were a bit small, they were still enjoyable. The hot mineral bath was the highlight – so relaxing and perfect after a long day of activities. I will definitely come back here again. See you next time!

The location is perfect, as it's close to various tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I booked a double room for 3 nights. The room was really nice for a reasonable price, and it’s located in the heart of Cat Ba, just about 100 meters from the hydrofoil and bus stop. It’s also only a 10-minute walk to three different beaches on the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
