Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception.
This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Staff is helpful and facilitated a quick check in and check out. Although it is surprising that the hotel does not have any iron for clothes.

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.
