"I had a previous booking here, but my flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hai Phong was canceled due to a typhoon. When I tried to cancel the reservation, they refused, stating it was non-refundable. I found the hotel's policy to be quite inflexible. This time, I had no choice but to book here again because it's close to my business trip location. After booking, I realized within a minute that I had accidentally reserved an extra room. I immediately contacted them, and again, they refused to amend it. I'm honestly quite speechless at this point."

"The rooms were decent, but there was an issue with the booking platform and the hotel's policies in Vietnam. On the first day, I booked two rooms for four people for 455 units (presumably VND). On the second day, when we wanted to extend our stay in the same rooms, they wanted an extra 100 units per room. However, when it came time to actually pay, they claimed my initial booking was for one room and one person, and demanded an additional 70,000 VND per person! I recommend the platform and the hotel clarify their policies. In the end, we canceled our reservation and got a full refund. There are good hotels nearby anyway!"
