The service is average, the food is decent (breakfast included), and the location is good, but it is not an ocean view. When I went, there was construction going on, so it was a construction site view.

We were here 2 nights. Everything was fine. Cheap, big, clean rooms and good view of the bay. A helpful and friendly host made the stay very pleasant. Located at a relatively quiet location on the main Street.

The hotel is fantastic, offering clean and comfortable rooms and delicious food. Everything about the stay was incredibly convenient. It truly exceeded our expectations and left us feeling completely satisfied. Highly recommended!!

I had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, making it very comfortable. The staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly helpful, arranging a tour for me. The Wi-Fi in the room was strong, allowing me to get some work done without any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cat Ba.
