Thanks for the super friendly and helpful service, perfectly English speaking. Studio well equipped, all you need to make you feel home. Supermarket 3 minutes walk away to get grocery or anything needed.Regret it was just one night stay, can recommend and will book again on next trip in this area. One alert: Apple maps showed wrong location but Google maps location is correct.

The air conditioner needs to be cleaned, or the smell of the air will be disgusting. Your system turn off the AC especially during late night, it makes the smell bad. Please improve so that we can come back again.

The location is good in the center of Haiphong and the hotel breakfast is very good. Located in Korean town, you can use many Korean supermarkets and restaurants. However, it is difficult to get around with a young family because it is complicated and has a large floating population. Instead, it is good to take a moderate walk as the hotel and village are attached. In addition, the sports facilities are also indoor golf course, swimming pool, gym, tennis court, and convenient to use.

Great hotel and amazing value close to the most tourist-y streets in Haiphong.
The Onsen was an unexpected gem as well! I knew they had it, but it's open-air and not busy (could be time of year) and quality is great.
The breakfasts are ridiculously good.
Staff lovely and helpful.
It's on a more quiet side-street, but use a Grab if you don't want to walk!

The environment is relatively clean. The location is not very easy to find. It is very convenient to eat around. There is also a small supermarket selling fruit. There is also a vegetable market. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide hair dryers and incomplete daily necessities.

GGuest UserAfter 5 years in Vietnam, this is by far the absolute best hotel we’ve experienced to the point that it’s our #1 wedding venue for the future. This property has the ability to transform the hospitality culture in Vietnam.
If you are not used to being in VN yet, I ask you understand 5 star hotels are a different culture here and practice a little bit of patience. Please remember, this is an island that’s not convenient to travel to daily for work, so most of the employees are coming directly from the island, which makes it hard to find outstanding English speakers, but it seems they’re really starting to develop their staff.
The food, incredible. I would suggest the filet mignon to everyone, and actually liked it more than the ribeye. The breakfast was a wide variety for slow season.
The Spa was a wonderful experience.
Breathtakingly beautiful views and properties, as well as the cleanest beach I’ve ever seen in Vietnam(it’s private!).
3 pools, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room all are free for guests.
3 bars, 2 restaurants (book Japanese early and place your order early. Traditional Japanese food takes time to prepare properly)
My one piece of constructive criticism as one with experience in 4 diamond hotels is a sense of urgency. This again goes back to a 5 star experience in VN and other countries. While the staff were amazing, a few really stood out with their English skills and sense of urgency.
Uyen, Tuan, Dung, Nhi, Phuong and Minh were all wonderful and I appreciate their hard work to make our stay enjoyable.
I do suggest tipping a little bit as it does go a long way. ***Most places in VN do not tip.*** I only tip if I see a space for a tip on the receipt or in a taxi during rush hour.

The room has a huge bed, good bathroom. Cleaning service was good. Towels for the beach are provided. The breakfast was good and had a big enough variety (pancakes, bacon, egg, fried noodles and rice, pho, fruits and juices, …)
The extra services were also really helpful. We did laundry service (40k per Kilo), booked a scooter (100k per day), booked a day boat cruise for the bay and our bus back to Hanoi directly at the reception without any trouble.
The reception manager had good enough English and was really helpful. He gave us a cold drink when we arrived and gave us a short intro into the surroundings. We also got extra water and juice when we once waited in the lobby. Thanks!
Also the rest of the staf was friendly and helpful.
The also tried the best to support us: when we were not super happy with the boat tour (did not fully match the description) he dealt with the company and gave us a good discount. Also when we had the scooter only for a few hours, he gave us 50% off.

We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point.
The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed.
Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions.
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me.
Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. MMerkenThis hotel is incredibly beautiful and well located. The beach, pool and views to the islands are stunning. The room was ok, big size. Breakfast was delicious, with lot of western options and Vietnamite options aswell to try the local food. The only problem for us is that we went on low season so most of the facilities were closed , only one restaurant was open so we didn't have to much options to choose, we didn't like that because we booked the hotel considering the variety of things that the hotel offer and they didn't told us that in advance. Other thing, is that the staff was so friendly and willing to help, but most of the people didn't speak English so was a little bit complicated to ask for things. But in summary, hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.

JJasperThe room had. A very nice view of the lake, so that was nice. However, overall the experience was not great. Rented a scooter from the hotel, but this scooter was consuming petrol at an amazing rate. After only half hour already 3 liters gone, so left without gas somewhere. Found 2 liter of petrol and returned to the hotel, agian after 20 minutes empty, so had to walk the last part. Really something wrong with this scooter, but still had to pay. Also in the room several electric sockets didn't work, some amenities for the toilet/shower were missing. Breakfast Phố gà next morning was complete tasteless with dry and old chicken. So, despite the polite and friendly people and great location, overall was a disappointed experience. The potential is there, but at the moment lack the execution.

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.
