Very good hotel, stylish, and attentive service. However, the facilities are a bit old, which is a common problem of Japanese hotels. The windows of the indoor hot spring are very old-fashioned aluminum alloy windows, which are not very convenient for taking pictures.

When people book a hotel, they usually think that booking a room is enough, and there is no option to just click on the first booking option of the hotel on Ctrip. See the red part in the picture. When we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to stay in one room for two nights. If we double the room fee, we contact Ctrip and in the end Ctrip will only bear part of the difference. Most of it is borne by ourselves. The experience is very poor.

The air conditioner in the bedroom makes a loud noise when it is running, which affects sleep. The sound insulation of the floor is also poor. Someone is running upstairs, and the sound downstairs is very obvious. The bedding is not good, and the pillow is as hard as sleeping on a wooden board. The staff's English proficiency is worrying. The dinner meal prepared for a five-year-old child is exactly the same as that for adults. A bunch of raw food.
