I made a reservation after one night near Lake Mashu in Hokkaido because they said the hot spring water was good. The facilities were quite old, but the hot spring was really good. The breakfast was just enough to fill my stomach, but it was warm.

I had checked it out before, but when I inquired about pets, I was excited by the polite response. It's actually old, but it's very clean and the staff are kind and flexible, so I'm grateful for that. But if I were to be picky, I would still like a cold bath, even if it's small, and I have two dogs, so it would be nice if I could stay in a room with a little more movement. The food was homely and delicious. I'll definitely be back.

I wanted to take a bath in the semi-open-air bath, but the door was open to cool down, so that was a relief. I thought the hot spring was wonderful. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and I'll definitely come again.
