The service was very good. They helped me with my luggage at the door and sent it to my room. They also introduced the hotel facilities while I was there. Ms. Zhang at the front desk and several restaurant staff members all spoke Chinese and provided great help. I am very grateful.
The hotel facilities are relatively old, but well maintained. The large bathhouse is nice. The food is average but worth the price. The only thing I didn't expect was that the dinner on the second day was not as good as the first day. It may be because of the selection. I personally can't accept pork hot pot and canned fruit as dessert.
Overall, it is highly recommended. The location is also convenient and the price-performance ratio is also very good.

There were Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, so it was a relief. The room was clean, and I was able to bathe in the hot spring whenever I wanted, so I'm glad I splurged. The food was delicious, too!

The transportation is much more convenient than expected. It is just after getting off the tram. It is 800 meters away from the Tropical Botanical Garden and within 10 minutes' walk.
