Best service ever. The ryokan provided transport to nearby attractions and also picked us up when we are done for the day. The food was amazing too :)

We visited on my husband's birthday trip 🎂💐
It had a strong sense of privacy and was the best hideaway inn for adults ✨
The staff were also very kind and we were very satisfied ☺️💖
The view from the room was great, and we were able to enjoy the open-air bath with natural hot spring water while watching the sunrise 🎶
The room was also a little unusual in design, with a bedroom and a large sofa separated by a small window, so it was fun like a secret base & we were able to lounge around a lot and relax ☺️✨✨
The food was delicious and we had a private room for dinner and breakfast, so we never had to pass by other guests 🫣
We were able to enjoy drinks until 5pm on the day we arrived, and the hospitality was great from the moment we arrived 🫶

It was a two-day, one-night trip to Hakone with just my family for the first time in a while. Thank you to all the staff for your kind hospitality even though we only had a short stay. (Everyone was so nice!) I was very happy with the welcome drink, Shirahonoka. (I wanted to buy it as a souvenir, but the nearby liquor store told me that they only have draft beer, which was disappointing 😢) The view from the room (Omonji) was very beautiful, and from the bath window in the room I could enjoy the beautiful view and the gentle breeze while bathing, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time. It was a wonderful space where only the family could enjoy meals, and the food was even more delicious than I was looking forward to, so it was a meaningful time. I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you for your help.
