Hotel located on top of the hillside which offer fantastic view of lake Ashinoko with the Mount Fuji as backdrop . Travelers can either require hotel pick up when reached at Togenda station (ropeway)from Hakone-Yumoto station train by bus. I chosen the room with lake & Mount Fuji view for 3nights . Unfortunately, due the gloomy & cloudy sky and snowing day , view from my room wasn’t great !
Travels need to make reservation in advance & pay 2000yen for 1/2hour used of hotspring .
I would like to thanks the front desk whom was really very helpful and always offered drop off & pickup services during my stayed . Bear in mind that , this hotel doesn’t has in house restaurant or cafe . Travelers can place your meals in advance with front desk OR ask to drop off to the nearest restaurant around there or take a walk about 20mins to the restaurants place.

Hotel’s view was very nice but service was quite bad. I got skin rashes and itching problems because of unhygienic bathroom and expired body wash. Won’t recommend this hotel in future. Bad service

A charming ryokan in the hills above Lake Ashi. My husband and I stayed in an apartment style unit with tatami rooms with futons. We enjoyed the onsen (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast (extra fee) was a traditional and delicious Japanese morning meal. Our unit had a beautiful view of the lake and Mt Fuji. It's a little remote which was wonderful but you'll want to eat before you settle in and pack snacks and tea or coffee for morning. The people were friendly and helpful. You can arrange to be picked up at the Kojiri Terminal. I would stay here again.

You can see Mount Fuji from the room. The room is super large, actually it has two bedrooms and one living room. The hotel service is very thoughtful. The staff Liu is very enthusiastic. He added WeChat in advance to inform how to get there and provide pick-up and drop-off services. He also patiently answered all my questions. He drove to Taoyuantai to pick us up and took us to the restaurant for dinner and to the supermarket for shopping. Thank you! The hotel is near Taoyuantai, and it is very convenient to take a pirate ship and a cable car to play around!

The staff in charge of the connection is Chinese. I added WeChat before the trip👍I felt very safe haha. The store has a station pick-up service👍The boss picked us up when the bus arrived at Taoyuantai Station (a few minutes drive). The B&B is on the mountain. We can see Mount Fuji from the window of the room we booked🗻It's great. There are public hot springs where you can soak and wash away the fatigue along the way. Although it is on the mountain, the boss will pick you up to go shopping in the supermarket and eat at the restaurant, which is still very convenient
