Country Plaza Halls Gap

Location wise it’s really close to the attractions near Halls Gap and just walking distance to local eateries and shops. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean with excellent wireless connectivity to the Internet.

Comfortable beds. Very convenient location to the national Park and to the shops, restaurants.

Country plaza halls gap located near the town hall, and able to see some kangaroos around the area at night.

The reviews does not justify this place. The hotel is old but in terms of cleanliness and comfort of bed is spot on! Location is very ideal too if you are planning to visit Boroka Lookout and McKenzie Falls.

Visiting Halls Gap was a real treat and to be recommended. The surrounding bush and forests are still recovering from this years fires which devastated much of the Grampians National Park area. Our room was spacious and very comfortable – clean with a great bed and very nice bathroom. The WiFi worked but was very slow. The onsite restaurant was closed but we were able to obtain dinner at a nearby brewery-restaurant which worked a treat and enabled us to enjoy the superb park scenery. The food and service were excellent. Parking was right at our door, the staff at the Country Plaza were very helpful. It was a shame we had only the one night, would have like more time to explore the village and local walking tracking around the town. Next time I’d allow three nights and two full days. Worth a return visit.
