Amazing for the Price! Breakfast is included and consists of a variety of eggs, Baguette, honey, jams, salad, tea and coffee from 7am until 09:30. Tours are super cheap, the atmosphere is great, and beer is 18,000. The Ferry terminal.for tours is a 15 minute maximum walk. Note, however, that Grab doesn't really work at all in this area of Halong for Motos or food (you'll likely not find a driver 95% of the time for these), though it will work for taxis. The place is clean, the WiFi sufficient, and the water always hot. They even provide toothbrushes. Towel rent is 20,000. Would recommend 100%. For the dormitory price, how can this not be 10/10!

The staff here are SO friendly! They checked me in at 5am (I ended up arriving super late). The next day they helped me organize boat tour, flight to Da Nang, taxi and transfers to and from Ninh Binh. They went above and beyond I cannot recommend the service enough. Also the food is amazing! I had the beef bahn Mi and it was 10/10 even the quesadillas 😂! Great place would definitely stay again!

Ha Long Fancy Hostel & Restaurant is the perfect spot to stay in Ha Long. The staff is incredibly friendly and always readt to help with anything, from booking tours to customizing meals. The restaurant offers a wide range of international and local dishes, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. After travelling through Sapa, Ha Noi, and Cao Bang, this was the first place I felt truly relaxed. Thank to this hostel, Ha Long is now my favorite city in Vietnam.

We had an amazing stay here - the staff were so lovely and helpful with anything you needed, and organised the Ha Giang Loop and travel for us. The food was great with lots of options all day. The hostel and our private room were very clean. Highly recommend for both food and staying!

Standard quality hostel in terms of amenities etc. We had an extremely concerning occurrence where our group caught an individual trying to take pictures of us in the shower. We identified them to the owners, but they took no action against the individual despite it being clear what had happened. They did not seem to be bothered enough to take the matter seriously. Such a serious neglecting of safeguards means I cannot recommend this hostel. Do not travel here alone.

We had a great stay in Ha Long thanks to the friendly host and crew who are always happy to help. The private room was clean and tidy and more than enough for a couple of nights. The included breakfast with many different options was tasty too.
