Khách sạn nhỏ nhưng ở n*** trung tâm, sạch sẽ và chủ khách sạn rất dễ thương, rất hỗ trợ du khách. Cho khách mượn chai thuỷ tinh đựng nước để tránh mang chai nhựa ra vịnh, nâng cấp cho khách từ phòng đôi lên phòng 3 miễn phí., book tour ra Vịnh cho khách rất thuận tiện Sẽ quay lại Alex Hạ Long Hotel. I came on a solo travel and stayed at Alex Hotel for a few nights. The woman who works the front desk is also a travel planner and cook, she made wonderful breakfast and helped me book tour of Halang Bay and Cat Ba Island along with a bus back. They picked me up right at the hotel, and it was cheaper than other tourists paid.

We stayed at Alex hostel for 2 nights to do the ha long bay day cruise, Alex helped us to book the trip, gave us a free drink on arrival and water for the day we left. He helped us book a bus to ninh binh a few hours before we wanted to go! Rooms and bathroom were clean and welcoming, definitely would stay again! Thank you :)

Stayed at this hostel/hotel for 2 nights and the conditions were great!! Very welcoming and easy check in + check out, lovely cooked free breakfast that you can pick out of set choices and the rooms had air conditioner as well as a fan!! Amazing price and would highly recommend as they can also assist you in booking activities, tours and buses with no hassle at all!! Lovely experience!!
