Very close to Hamamatsu Station, the traffic is very convenient, more than 100 meters away. The room is relatively small, the price is slightly higher than the room type in the early 500s, and the service is good.
The parking lot is large and easy to park in.
It takes about 20-30 minutes by car from Hamamatsu Station, so it's a bit far to get there by public transport (though there seems to be a shuttle bus from the nearest station).
The Japanese-style room hasn't been renovated, so it's a bit old, but it didn't bother me that much. The bathroom and toilet are a bit old, but I didn't use the bathroom because I used the large public bath, so it didn't bother me.
The futon was self-service, but I thought it would be nice if they would do it for you. I think it would be especially difficult for families to do it.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious. The venue was crowded, but we were able to get a seat because it was a ticket system. The other venue we used was empty, which was nice if it wasn't a hassle to carry the food to the venue.

The location is close to Hamamatsu station by about 5 minutes walk. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff was very good. I made a plan with breakfast, but Cospa is good, such as curry rice and salad.

Outstanding
Ttraveler KHClose to the train station, although it has a bit of history. But the room is large, comfortable and hygienic. It is well-equipped, and the most outstanding thing is the large window in the room. The scenery is comparable to the sightseeing bay in a big city. You can see the entire Hamamatsu City in the distance. From sunrise to sunset, it is very gorgeous.
GGuest UserThe fifth stay in total. 🧳 After leaving and finishing the business, sweat in the sauna and go to dinner after a refreshing one. Before that, use a one drink or breakfast ticket for guests toast with sour. This is because I had no experience until the last stay, so I'm happy 々. However, I was in trouble when I wanted to moisten my throat because there was no free drink. Why is the price nearly double the price when I stayed last time? I was full of hotels nearby, but I wonder if there was an academic society or an event.
GGuest UserI loved this place - directly across the street from May One, Entetsu, Act City, and the station, the location was great, and the service and facilities were impeccable for the price. Breakfast was simple but filling and healthy, they have an on-site public bath (small, but nice), and nice lounges to hang out in, I just very much enjoyed my 2-night stay. I will stay here again. I met some local friends and told them that they should recommend it to friends/family who might visit.
GGuest UserChosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus.
We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory.
GGuest UserI had no inconveniences.
It felt clean.
The facilities were old but not a problem.
The hair dryer was from SALONIA and was very good.
It was close to the station and there was a roof just a short distance away, so it wasn't a problem even when it was raining. There was also a convenience store just a short distance away.
AAnonymous UserThe south exit of Hamamatsu Station is very convenient. There are various restaurants and supermarkets in the station. The hotel reception restaurant is very welcoming. Although the breakfast place is not big, the variety is quite rich. All menus are in Chinese. The hotel also has coin-operated washing machines
LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.
GGargoyleumEverything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts.
Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm.
Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread.
Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy.
I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.
GGuest UserAmenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age.
Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast.
There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.
The average price for hotels in Hamamatsu is AED 614 on weekdays, and AED 698 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
