"We had a lot of fun on this trip. The location of this hotel is very convenient. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is also very beautiful. Breakfast is eaten in the adjacent restaurant. It is 10 points comfortable and delicious. I appreciate it very much. The price-performance ratio is really good. My friend and I had a comfortable night's rest. Next time I come, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"It was close to the station, the room was a good size, and there were multiple electrical outlets, which was helpful.
However, the bathroom didn't seem to have any ventilation, so as soon as I opened the door there was a damp smell. It was disappointing that the bathroom walls and mirror were still wet when I used it at night.
The staff were very kind, so I'll use it again if I have the opportunity."

"The location is incredibly convenient, with a Family Mart and a restaurant right downstairs, and the station just next door. Even for those driving, parking is available at a reasonable 1000 yen per day. The hotel rooms are also spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It would be absolutely perfect if the price were just a little bit lower."

"The hotel had a great location, visible from the station. It is a very big hotel, but a bit old. The room was spacious and had all the basic necessities. I appreciated that it had a large bathtub as well. Unfortunately, I was there for a concert, so I didn’t spend much time exploring the facilities or interacting with the staff, but what little I did, I didn’t find anything lacking. For the first night, there was a complimentary water bottle, but on the second night there was not. Also, I would have appreciated the bathroom amenities to be restocked on the second day, although they did have additional amenities available in the lobby. I also liked that they had a Key Coffee drip coffee in the room (this was restocked the next day). All in all, it was a positive experience in a slightly retro hotel."

"Chosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus.
We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory."

AAnonymous UserWe were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay.
The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay.
The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving.
For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.

喜喜瑪拉雅星There is a small difficulty in opening the door, but the bed is big. Near Hamamatsu Station, take bus 41 to the cherry blossoms, so convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast is a few good food, but everyone will only pick up food once, I don't know if I can choose the second time.

GGuest UserIt's really close to the station and very convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. They offer one free drink during happy hour, and they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. They also have soft drinks. The amenity bar has some decent bath salts. There's a large public bath, which is small, but it was larger than it looked in the pictures. It was during the Obon period, but when I arrived at 7pm, there was no one there, so we had the place to ourselves. The room had a lovely combination of wallpaper and curtains. Breakfast was served in a bright venue with the morning sun streaming in, which was very pleasant. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. It's an exciting hotel with many rental items. The staff worked very hard.

LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

PPanyarak NgamsritragulLocation of hotel is very good, next to Bentenjima Garden. Can relax by the Lake which is part of the garden. But the hotel suggested parking in the car park of the garden which will be charged 410 yen each time your car exits the parking area. The hotel also offers the big bath and everyone will be charged 150 yen no matter you use the service or not. Breakfast is quite good.
Rooms and hotel environment are a bit old. Cleanness should be improved.

いいもたろうWhen I asked in advance, ”Is it possible to change to something that is easy for children to eat?”, I was grateful that I changed it to a child lunch-style meal. Also, because there was a child, the restaurant was prepared in the private room, and it was relaxed and the meal was able to be done. The family room was like an old good inn room, but it was cleaned or well equipped and equipped with what was needed. My child liked Pal Pal and went to play for two days, but it was helpful to use the parking lot before check-in and after check-out. Pal Pal is a short walk from the inn. It was a perfect inn for family.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had complete amenities — everything I needed was provided.
Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there’s a convenience store right next door, which made it super easy to grab food and essentials anytime.
What really impressed me was how quiet it was inside, even though it’s right by a city road. I barely heard any traffic noise, which made my stay even more relaxing.
Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city. I would definitely come back.

Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station. Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm.
Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread.
Big letdown was the room - peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, no aircon (only heater), mold in bathroom crevices of vent. I think housekeeping is probably good and the room is fundamentally well-cleaned, but the old infrastructure just makes everything feel dingy.
I feel bad as I feel the hotel is trying its best, but despite the amenities mentioned, I will never stay at this hotel again.
