Really nice hotel located close to a nice walking area along the lake and also to a street called Lange Reihe, which had every conceivable type of restaurant without being too upmarket. Also easy walking distance from the railway station even when pulling a suitcase. All in all was a good choice of hotel in Hamburg.

A great location in St, Georg, no welcome at breakfast however. As we were due to arrive late evening, we’d booked to dine in the attached basement restaurant; the receptionist was anxious that we’d missed it; we had, due to flight delay. When she said we’d lost our reservation, we thought we’d lost our room, panic, but no just the restaurant booking, phew😊 Restaurant was good simple vegetarian Italian, nice wine Room was lovely. Garden lovely But no acknowledgement of presence at breakfast was unsettling .. The hostesses did warm up; we liked their dogs It has character

..Das Hotel war extrem unfreundlich, sowohl im Umgang als auch im Service. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, und auf konstruktive Kritik wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Wir können nur dringend davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen...

Diffidate dalla presentazione. Hotel sporco, camere piccole e vecchie, prodotti bagno da ostello della gioventù, personale semi casalingo, due giganti cani della proprietà che si aggirano allegramente nell’area breakfast ( in un giorno di pioggia,potete immaginare l’odore), Ascensore rotto, scope abbandonate ai tavolo durante la colazione. Assolutamente non un 4 stelle.. forse nemmeno un 3. Sconsigliato.

Sehr nettes Personal. Hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Bei den Sommertemperaturen hat man bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Allerdings war genau darunter die Raucherecke und der ganze Qualm zog dann in das Zimmer rein. Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Wir haben eine sehr gute Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht und waren begeistert. Man hat sich umgehend um eine Problematik mit bookingcom gekümmert, war sehr kulant und ausgesprochen freundlich. Zimmer geschmackvoll und tiptop sauber. Gute Lage , trotzdem ruhig mit einem schönen kleinen Innenhof. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wir werden unbedingt wieder buchen.
