The nearest station is Berlinator Station, which can be reached without a transfer from Hamburg Airport.
As of December 2024, the station is under renovation and there are no elevators, so it was difficult to carry suitcases because there are stairs.
The hotel was clean. Towels and bath towels were provided.
No toothbrushes.
The next station is Hamburg Central Station, so it is convenient to take the ICE.

The worst B&B hotel I've ever stayed in. A lamp by the bed was broken, an open glass, I slightly injured myself on it. The previous guest's Red Bull cans were still in the room. No cups for toothbrushes by the sink. Booked two nights. Room not cleaned between the two days.

The location is great, very close to where I rented a car. Triple room is very convenient. One stop away from the train station. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient and costs 12 euros a night.

We are super satisfied 😃
Hotel is centrally located, train station a few minutes walk away.
The hotel and the room are very clean and all basics were more than met. Towels, washing lotion and soap are included free of charge. The breakfast is ok, I think it's really great for this low price, there are various sweet and savory offerings, all warm cold drinks and boiled eggs, there was even gluten-free bread.
Price performance ratio - really great!
I would have liked a small play area for children or something to paint etc.
