3-Star Hotels in Hamburg

It is ideally situated in between the central bus and train stations. Bed is very comfortable and honestly, had one of the best sleeps I had on my first night (when there was only two of us in the room). My second and third night were ruined by new guests that were snoring way louder than the rumblings of the train passing by lols. Had great view from the room window. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly; truly appreciated that! 👍☺️ Oh! And the elevator is erm… unique 😛

Choose to stay at Premier Inn as I have previously stayed in this hotel before. Totally no regret. The hotel is just next to the train station. Walkable distance to TownHall area and high end shopping places. Love it.

The Hamburg hotel is amazing! A nice big room meant for all of us to move around easily. The beds were extremely comfortable and was just the hotel we needed.

The hotel is only 3 stations from the main train station and the metro station is nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fridge could have been working better.

I was there for 2 nights. Location was good and room was also cozy and nice. All things are good except the amenities. It would be good if they should provide tea kettle with tea bags. There was only 1 small bottle of water as a welcome drink and they never refill it. There was no toothpaste in the toilet. Breakfast was also good but they should charge €10 but instead they are charging €15. Rest is good and recommended.

We are super satisfied 😃 Hotel is centrally located, a few minutes walk from the station. The hotel and the room are very clean and all the basics have been filled more than complete. Handtuchs, washlotion and soap are free. Breakfast is ok, find it really great for this low price, there are various sweet and deep offers, all warm cold drinks and cooked eggs, there was even gluten free bread. Price Performance Ratio - really nice! I would like to have a little playground for children or bissl painting something etc.

Overall it's OK, quiet in a busy area, German standard hotel, clean and tidy, not many breakfast styles, but enough to eat. Central Station has always been the busiest place in every European country, beggars, homeless people, drunkards, drug *******, ***********, all around, but there are also many police, just watch your bag and pay attention to safety.

As stated on the website, this hotel is directly opposite the Hamburg Railway Station and this adds to hotel being super handy to all attractions in Hamburg. Also the double decker tours buses leave from the station area. The main LGBTQ bars are also near here. (15 mins walk) My room was located in the middle of the building, so there was no street noise. However, the view was internal - between two buildings and there was very little natural light coming in. The room has no air-conditioning, so during the day it can be a little hot here in summer, but this was not a problem during the evening.. The hotel uses keys not electronic cards, so a little inconvenient. However, the biggest highlight was the included breakfast. Excellent selection of hot and cold dishes updated regularly by hotel staff. There are definitely cheaper places in Hamburg with better room facilities, but the location will always be a winner.

All in all was a very nice stay. We had a family room in the 7 floors, here was a room with a double bed besides two single beds. The bathroom is small and clean and is equipped with a shower bathtub. The kitchen line has a refrigerator and two stoveplates, and the furniture is also available. The furniture is simple and useful, so no first class expect. The mattresses were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet included everything you can use for starting the day. The staff could be friendly with each other, but the ranking struggles had no influence on the service. Unfortunately, it may take a little time to get the chairs at their destination, these are not the fastest. At the moment, the 800m metro station Billstedt is replaced by a rail replacement, but it works without any problem. We liked it and I would book there for the second time.
