It is ideally situated in between the central bus and train stations. Bed is very comfortable and honestly, had one of the best sleeps I had on my first night (when there was only two of us in the room). My second and third night were ruined by new guests that were snoring way louder than the rumblings of the train passing by lols. Had great view from the room window. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly; truly appreciated that! 👍☺️ Oh! And the elevator is erm… unique 😛

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Dammtor Station, and is also close to Alster Lake, Hamburg University, etc. This area should be one of the must-visit areas in Hamburg. The hotel has more than 20 floors and is a very eye-catching building. I was very lucky to upgrade to a view room on the 20th floor. Every morning and evening, I can see the beautiful view of Alster Lake from the room, with white sails and a mirror-like lake surface. The customer service manager at the hotel's front desk is very friendly and humorous. A recommended hotel.

The location is good for those who stay only a few nights. There is no air conditioning, and during summer it can be hot, so we had to open the window, which I don't mind. However, it was very loud at night. Because the hostel is huge and has a lot of rooms, the whole night was filled with the sounds of people knocking next doors, traffic, and general noise.

I came to Hamburg to visit friends and work online. I have never been so productive in my work and never felt so well looked after. Overall, it was the best experience I've had in a hotel since years. The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is extremely welcoming, perfectly located, and the landmark for high quality stay. We stayed a week while visiting our son. Breakfast was good to excellent. Staff serving very good. The bar /restaurant at the hotel was good. Prices were similar to outside. The room furnishings were ok/budget quality. No drawers for clothes. The bed was comfortable. Convenient to Berliner Tor subway station (8-10 minute walk). During our stay there was road construction all around which made access from the subway a little challenging. I would stay again. Budget hotel at a convenient location for us.

Although the hotel is a little outside the city centre, it is directly at a S-train/bus stop. Directly opposite is a bakery and a kiosk with good opening times. The hotel itself is modern and tastefully furnished. We had an apartment with refrigerator, dish and furniture. The beds and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Continue to be recommended without conditions.

All in all was a very nice stay. We had a family room in the 7 floors, here was a room with a double bed besides two single beds. The bathroom is small and clean and is equipped with a shower bathtub. The kitchen line has a refrigerator and two stoveplates, and the furniture is also available. The furniture is simple and useful, so no first class expect. The mattresses were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet included everything you can use for starting the day. The staff could be friendly with each other, but the ranking struggles had no influence on the service. Unfortunately, it may take a little time to get the chairs at their destination, these are not the fastest. At the moment, the 800m metro station Billstedt is replaced by a rail replacement, but it works without any problem. We liked it and I would book there for the second time.

Location is good which is just two minutes walk from train station. Breakfast buffet is worth to have it, there are different selections of food and a very nice coffee to start a day. Friendly staff in reception but the waiting time for check in is a bit long , maybe it was the peak time. A bit disappointed of No slipper was offered in my room. Overall it is a nice hotel which can be recommended.
