The place is spotless and the facilities are brand new. Although the location is not very convenient if you don’t have a car, they were very kind and understanding, providing all sorts of help to make my staying as comfortable as possible.
I think if you have your own transportation this is a peaceful and great place for you to enjoy Hami

這家店離市區近20多公里，老闆安排了免費接站，這個服務是好的，到了也是我想要的那種安靜，想的到時多住兩天的，但入住了發現床上有頭髮，老闆也是很及時的給我調整房間了説是給我升級個豪華套房主卧，換到新換的房間，發現地面不乾淨，房間裏有蟲子，我問老闆要了殺蟲劑，要了掃地工具，我自己掃了房間地面，老闆在站旁邊居然説了句我是不是有潔癖，我也是很無語的，因為我明顯感覺老闆情緒波動了，我沒多説什麼，打掃完準備洗漱，放水放了很久沒熱水，然後問老闆，老闆説這個套房是給領導準備的，領導沒來就沒開熱水器，説馬上過來打開我讓等會兒，我也理解了，等我好不容易洗漱好睡覺了，剛睡着沒多會被房間的動靜嚇醒了，我開燈發現是蟲子，然後房間裏還有蚊子，我就給老闆反應了這個情況，老闆説的話我真的不知道怎麼回了，我就讓老闆給我送個電蚊香過來的，蚊香液對那個飛來飛去的大蟲子也不管用，然後我一夜沒怎麼睡，到早上九點多好不容易叫到車我就退房去市裡了。説真的，對衞生細節比較講究的真的不建議入住這個店。

這家民宿真的讓人驚艷！從一進門，就被它的温馨和舒適所吸引。房間佈置得十分精美，每一處都透露出主人的用心和品位。床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜好眠後，整個人感覺都換髮了活力。房東的服務也讓我很滿意，熱情但不過分打擾，推薦的周邊餐館也很棒。從新疆長途開車回廣州，累得人仰馬翻。原本衹給朋友訂了一問房，我和另一個朋友沒打算佳。凌晨到店時，老闆看到我們三人疲意不堪的樣子，二話沒説，直接多給了一問房讓我們免費休息！這份雪中送炭的善意，讓我們瞬間感受到了家的温暖。房間千凈舒適衹是基礎，老闆這份設身處地為客人着想的體貼和信任，才是最打動人心的地方！在處處講規則的時代，這份人情味尤為珍貴。

中式四合院，坐落在312國道大海道必經之路上，龍門客棧的江湖氣息十足。周邊別墅區，環境很好，參觀了老闆的配套茶室，並且採摘了當地的杏子，收穫滿滿。一起喝茶品茗可以看得出老闆是個文化人，這裏也是個難得的避世之地。祝願生意興隆！

真是出乎意料的好民宿，房間特別寬敞，床品舒服，安靜，衞生沒得挑，以後應該可以做飯，基本炊具碗筷都有，有問題聯繫老闆馬上解決。此行住的最好的民宿了。

房間非常大，很新很乾凈，五個人住非常合適！房東非常好，還幫我們拉了晾衣服的鐵絲，借了好多衣架，洗衣服晾衣服超方便！房東還推薦了附近和哈密市吃飯的地方，超讚的房東！北疆玩一圈回來還要住這裏😃
