"The hotel's design aesthetic is truly impressive. The lobby breaks away from the conventional, rigid hotel feel, using a sophisticated color palette, fluid lines, and perfectly balanced lighting to create an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. "The room is very large, the facilities are regular, clean and sanitary, the service is thoughtful, the hotel is in the city but very quiet, the parking lot is large, and there are security guards in charge even at night! The breakfast is very rich and tastes good! I arrived very late at night and ordered fried noodles and barbecue in the small restaurant downstairs. They tasted very good! The key price is only 10 yuan, which is really affordable! The waitress is very enthusiastic and polite! Thumbs up for Hami Hotel! Affordable price, attentive and enthusiastic service! Super value! Recommended to stay here next time! I hope the hotel will always stick to such service and price!"

📍 About 50 meters northwest of Mile Supermarket, Qianjin Avenue, Yizhou District, Hami

"The bathroom had a strong urine smell. These days, it's rare to find a hotel with such an unpleasant odor, especially one owned by Hilton and costing four or five hundred yuan a night. I selected welcome fruit upon check-in, but it wasn't provided. I arrived at the breakfast restaurant at 10:20 AM, 10 minutes before closing time, and many items were already sold out. Overall, quite disappointing."

GreenTree Inn Hotel (Hami Railway Station) ★★

📍 No. 41-7 Tianshan North Road, Yizhou District, Hami

"The sound insulation is average. The renovation started early in the morning. The electric drill and hammer were making loud noises. There was no electricity in the socket, so a power strip was sent instead. The mirror was installed crookedly. I couldn't get a special invoice for reimbursement. I suggest you choose another store at the same price."

"The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. The security staff were friendly as well."

"Just next to the train station. The room is large, and the most important thing is the service. The front desk will answer all your questions. The hotel provides laundry service. There is no clothes dryer. You can leave it in the room to dry. The waitress is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude, which is worthy of praise. Check the room from time to time and make it very clean."

"I swiped my card three times in one day. When I returned at 11:50, I couldn't get in. I swiped it again at 3:00, extended my stay at 3:00, and when I returned around 6:00, it wouldn't open again. Otherwise, everything was fine. This is probably the first time I've seen someone swipe their card three times in one day."

"The picture shows room 320, a business room, haha! Can they really sell rooms like this? Is it reliable? Hmm, no. I went to the front desk, and they told me it was caused by a leak. Great, they explained it to me. Wait a minute, I think I can see that too, but is that important? Not at all for me; changing rooms is what's really important. Around 11:40 PM, I noticed a loud, low-frequency noise outside the window, really keeping me awake. I went back to the front desk, and they told me it was coming from the restaurant next door. Ahhh, so the hotel knows there's a problem, but they just won't tell you. What's the point of complaining? They just ignore you. Take it or leave it!"
