"After returning from Xinjiang, I passed through Hami and stayed at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. Who knew that the hotel's quilt cover had not been changed. When I woke up in the morning, I found blood stains on the quilt cover. The hotel informed me that after testing, I would give a satisfactory answer. 8 days later, the hotel's manager Liu will be on vacation for a while. After a while, I asked my superior for instructions and tried my best to deal with it, but the problem was not solved. The service was extremely poor."

"The room is very large, the facilities are regular, clean and sanitary, the service is thoughtful, the hotel is in the city but very quiet, the parking lot is large, and there are security guards in charge even at night! The breakfast is very rich and tastes good! I arrived very late at night and ordered fried noodles and barbecue in the small restaurant downstairs. They tasted very good! "The young man at the front desk had an exceptionally good attitude. The night before, I stayed at an all-season hotel, and there were three air conditioning units right outside my wall, so I couldn't sleep a wink. I specifically requested a quiet room here. The young man at the front desk even accompanied us to the 10th floor and waited until we confirmed the room before leaving. The lady who brought us towels midway through our stay was also smiling the entire time and even brought welcome fruit. The breakfast, as always, was plentiful – I guess that's a hallmark of Hampton by Hilton."

"The picture shows room 320, a business room, haha! Can they really sell rooms like this? Is it reliable? Hmm, no. I went to the front desk, and they told me it was caused by a leak. Great, they explained it to me. Wait a minute, I think I can see that too, but is that important? Not at all for me; changing rooms is what's really important. Around 11:40 PM, I noticed a loud, low-frequency noise outside the window, really keeping me awake. I went back to the front desk, and they told me it was coming from the restaurant next door.
