從烏魯木齊返程經過哈密，定了這家酒店，桔子酒店連鎖，值得信任，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，早餐乾淨好吃，工作人員服務態度也很好，需要的房型沒有了，給我調換了一間，臨走時需要用微波爐加熱食物，也幫我加熱好了。就是前台電話10點用房間電話和手機都打了幾個沒人接，下午兩點多打了幾個也沒人接，不知道怎麼回事，希望能改進。

房間是比較大的，樓下停車場也大且免費進出，衹需要報錄車牌即可，就是當晚我們住的房間出了點問題，空調製冷欠佳，後來酒店換房處理！第二天早上房間門鎖不知什麼原因，門鎖壞了打不開，酒店整了半天，又一次換房，有點影響行程！酒店管理還需要加強才行！

前台服務態度很好，小姐姐也很漂亮
有洗衣房，在頂樓，就是衹有兩個位置，人多的時候需要提前洗

酒店服務效率很高，辦理入住和退房手續迅速，前台小羅熱情接待能夠快速響應客人需求，解決問題。值得入住。周邊環境一般，位置不在市中心，但吃飯地方挺多，房間很大，尤其親子房，因為新酒店還是有一些味道，開窗通風會好很多，早餐也不錯，中西合璧，就是吹風機不太好，吹幾下就罷工了
