This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.
Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Coin Laundry

According to the rules we must provide information about our guests to the management prior to arrival, i.e. every guest's names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building.
â Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $10 per night per pet.
âPaid public parking is available nearby. The price is $10 per night.
***Deposit***
If you qualify as an instant book guest you are not required to leave a deposit.
All other guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200.
If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
