Hotel is not 4*, but 2-3*. The overpriced price does not match the quality. Poor level, hygiene, moths, bugs, dirty dishes and facilities. Guests must find their own cutlery. Sparkling watter for a bribe. Food good and tasty, but mostly the same. Very dirty towels on the floor by the door to the room ready to be changed, the cleaner hung them back on the hanger in the bathroom to look like they had been changed - very disgusting. During 15 days, the bed was not changed even once. The floor was washed twice in 15 days, only after repeated complaints. I had to wash the balcony myself. Mold in the bathroom, cracked tiles. Many mosquitoes that could not be gotten rid of, eternal bites. The staff are not shy about talking about tips, e.g. the senior barman at the bar in the lobby, but also the cleaning lady. I like to give tips, but this unprofessionalism and behavior shocked me. Even with a tip, they have no incentive to improve service, let alone smile. Some of the waiters and cleaners were professional, polite, hardworking, but there were few of them. Things that are free elsewhere in all inclusive are paid extra here. I would appreciate it if women also worked at the reception desk, it would be a much nicer sight. The older receptionist is not pleasant or waiting for a bribe. A very overpriced shop and commuters. Arrogant massage manager. A beautiful and well-kept garden. The beach is nice, big, but dirty - they ignore plastic, cans washed up by the sea - there is a risk of cutting children. Watch out for the camel mafia, they've gotten really bad too. They like to exchange, for example, 30 TND for 30 EUR, etc. Sunbeds are outdated, cracked and worn. The exchange office is reluctant, they only exchange paper notes, it is not possible to exchange TND back to EUR at the hotel. Attention at the airport, the exchange of money back from TND to EUR/USD will cost 30-40%. At the airport, she rummaged through your luggage, so that she almost unpacked the liner. They are looking for dinars to keep. No discretion, no privacy, no respect for Women. Beware the taxis in front of the hotel are thieves, e.g. they want 80DTN instead of 20DTN. Better taxi on main road but haggle a lot or bus for 1TND. Overpriced location, everywhere they try to rip you off outrageously, incl. market traders, very unpleasant, extortionate behavior. Overall, I'm disappointed, I haven't experienced that in 30 years in Tunisia. There are better destinations and better, cheaper hotels, incl. animation for children.
