"I would recommend the Sindbad hotel to anybody interested due to multiple reasons, however these are the ones that stood out to me the most and made my stay so special. The hotel is situated in such an idyllic spot, with multiple pools and a beach, as well as frequent event whilst only being a short journey from both the old town and Yasmin Hammamett, you will not find yourself short of options in both the day and night. The staff from the reception to the cleaning crew also also complimented the visit, any problems were dealt with instantly and rooms were made sparkling clean at the beginning of each day typically whilst we were at breakfast. The staff who work along the beach throughout the day were also incredibly attentive and quick to help with anything too. Most importantly, the staff at the Schahrazed (main buffet) restaurant is what I will miss the most. I would like to personally thanks Bilel, Aziz, and Hafedh for how happy they made me and my family over our two week stay, from having our drinks ready on the table upon arrival every morning and evening to being so knowledgeable about the local area and what we can do, and also for how much they were able to make us laugh and smile along the way - these people solidify my belief of how great this hotel truly is."

"I have been to this hotel many times before, yes it needs a little TLC and a few bits fixing here and there but this hasn't ruined my holiday one bit. The food is delicious however can be repetitive but never struggled to eat. The staff make this hotel 100% i took ill whilst on holiday here ( no fault of the hotel) staff members contacted a doctor, offered help and got medication delivered to the hotel for me that has never happened at any other hotel. They really go above and beyond to help you and make sure you enjoy your stay. The waiters are fantastic and work really hard in the heat fetching your drinks. The animation team Mido, JJ, Matteo, Lulu, Gigi, Zouba, and the rest didn't catch their names are all amazing they work so hard in trying to get guest involved in pool games and if say you don't want to thats no problem no hard feelings. They will come round during the day and have a chat with you. I will be back again and nobody is going to stop me "

"This was by far the best hotel ive stayed in, 10 days and I cannot fault it, pools were excellent, food was excellent, staff were excellent, very friendly and spacious throughout. We had the best time, but did nothing, we just chilled out, the entertainment team are around all day, but not pushy, just friendly, the all inclusive option is pretty much 24hr drinks and food, the snack bar is brilliant, the beach bar is fab, they will cook you fresh pizzas while you sit on the beach, the restaurant I found had a lot of choice, even if your fussy, we never had an issue and I can be fussy, staff wait on you relentlessly, they can't do enough for you, rooms were clean, and cleaned daily if required, right next to the Medina which is great for eating out or shopping, lots of shopping options local. Don't expect perfection, you may have a guest gecko in your room, which is fine and part of the experience, we loved our little friend who just hung out in the kitchen, we called him Larry We will be back here, Thank You so much for a great holiday! Absolutely love this place!"
