Nahrawess Resort & Thalasso

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was nothing like the pictures online — it was dirty, outdated, and had a strange smell. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in solving any issues. The noise at night made it impossible to sleep, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Such attentive staff, great service and wonderful food. We would recommend to stay and would come back again. Salim was very helpful along with all the team. Thank you for a great stay.

Our first Tunisian holiday this hotel was awful we were scammed to start off with hotel didn’t have anything that was advertised was totally miss sold to us I spent entire holiday back and forth to reception and police due to theft of money from our safe the code was wiped the hotel management were disrespectful liars they was no help all they did was lie and try to cover themselves 100% inside job to do with management if your English they think your a bank Absolutely disgusting dated rooms stunk like sewerage bedding was dirty curtains were hanging off wall aircon didn’t work tv didn’t work and plug sockets were not connected balcony was dangerous guard rails were hanging off all public toilets were filthy the indoor pool was atrocious poop and urine up walls in toilets and toilets they didn’t flush hotel was in clean all over we were there two weeks and the only time you saw the place be cleaned was when the management or administrator was showing around potential investors or reps food was reparative and cold waiters and bar staff was nice as soon as they knew you were tippers they’d fight to wait on you and drinks would be waiting animation team were lovely mimo panda susi chicho great group best bit about the hotel only thing that made it bare able for kids I would go back to Tunisia but only to a tui blue hotel or reputable one this hotel is built on a lie

a very bad hotel bad staff bad food as well i was shocked really one of the claener open the door of my room without permission when i was changing my clothes she did it twice i blamed her she told me wit h rude way i will not clean your room anymore i was surprised by her rude attitude without even knock the door as she was in her own home she entered she is very ipolite women , believe me she come again afternoon i don t know why too steall my things maybe she was surprised when she found me inside bad food bad service the staff was fighting infront of the guest we asked one of the staff to bring spoon he told me go and take it by yourself very bad experience really the swiming pool dirty i saw one big rate there too oh my god very terrible experience i swar that all this happend be careful before you go there

I loved him and had fun with Elias, he is fun, he speaks different languages and is funny as well for me, this is the best choice

Actually, I don’t know what to say. I visited Nahrawes Resort & Thalasso in 2020, and it was a really wonderful experience. We spent a whole week without getting bored; the stay was great and the animation was entertaining. However, the reception staff were not very friendly, maybe because at that time the hotel was very crowded and they had a lot of work pressure. After five years, I don’t know if the service is still the same or not, because I remember there were some waiters who were so nice, cheerful, and very respectful.
