Food options at breakfast and dinner were decent. We are glad we went for the half board option. Desserts were really nice. Free access to indoor heated pools were really good and jacuzzi. Great view from our bedroom with two balconies.
ATM and money exchange was available at the hotel.
Corner shops and food shops also nearby. Evening entertainment bit loud. Beautiful view of seafront and walkable to beach with unlimited drinks.
Spacious rooms and quiet. Sadly bedsheets were dirty did request for them to be changed but were still bubbly and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Pillows were too soft. Carpets a bit run down in hotel and smell of cigarettes in corridors. Requested iron three times and didnt get it till next day. Any additional water bottles for the room we were told had an extra charge. Decent hotel for a short stay.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Facilities were perfect, hotel was nice and clean. Food selection was amazing. I could not fault this hotel during my stay. Chokri and the other staff at reception went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and a memorable one. Would absolutely visit again

Fab hotel in lovely location right next to the beach. Problem with our room which was swiftly dealt with and we received up grade. Wine wasn’t up to much but beer nice and spirits good. You just have to ask for branded spirits as some are part of the all inclusive package. I would rate this hotel as 4 star not 5 and this is mostly down to the food which isn’t the best I have had. It was mostly lukewarm and I think this needs to be addressed. Outside grounds were lovely and sunbeds so comfy and plenty of them around. All the staff were lovely. The beach was superb lovely clear water and there was a beach bar. I think I would return.

We have just returned from this hotel after a week away with friends. We had a great stay. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The food was varied and there was something at all meal times for everyone. The hotel was clean and tidy. We had the best time and would definitely go back. The pools were cold but once in were lovely. The view from the infinity pool is amazing too. Big shout out to reception staff; Haykel and Ezzet. Muhammed in the lobby. Yassim and Lotfi in the restaurant and to Rafik and Oussema on the bar. Who all looked after us and helped made a great holiday even better.
