酒店設施都很新，服務人員也都很熱情，體驗感很好。面對着江邊，早晨拉開窗簾心情都會很好！
唯一美中不足的是早餐如果能更豐富些就更好了。
前台的小曼也積極做了回訪，下回去出差還會住在這裏

房間很乾凈，住的樓層很高比較安靜，雖然沒有面對江景但是房間也能看到江，也能看到大蓮花。下樓就能在濱江邊散步，環境很好，住的幾天玩的很開心

房間乾淨明亮，床墊也挺舒服，有支撐力。就是有幾個燈的開關有點摸不透。早餐品種還行，但味道都還不錯。辦理入住和退房都挺快捷。

早餐和健身房很不錯 皇冠算老牌酒店了 也算住的比較多了 但是這家的設施沒得説 23年的酒店 很多智能設施都沒有 馬桶不是智能的 水龍頭也是一碰就掉 淋浴間下水速度很慢 有出現積水的情況 江景位置也不算很正 客房服務一早上敲了三次門 在我們明確表示需要晚點再來打掃（大概十點多時候説的 客房阿姨直接表示他推着打掃車要跑上跑下。。相比之下禮賓部的服務態度要好很多

畢竟是看到亞洲美景100來選的。確實各方面可以。
最大加分項是房間升到江景房景色特別好，可以在房間內看七點半城市陽台的燈光秀。而且感上杭州霧天，從雲霧繚繞到晚上霧氣退去燈光漸漸亮起來，景色確實非常好。酒店房間窗户完全是和江景平行的，視野太好了。去了泳池和健身房，也分別能看到江景和城景，鍛鍊心情更好了。杭州能看景的酒店特別多，難得覺得特別值的。睡前閉眼和睡醒睜眼 躺在床上就能看江景的不多。比上海外灘那幾家值啊哈哈。沒特地拍照，躺着隨便按的照片沒體現這個美景，實際要好看很多，白天晚上江景都不差的。
服務還可以的，張經理照顧比較周到。
早餐也還行，正常五星水平。就是不知道晚餐如果要選擇樓下Jing自助必須要預約的，否則進不去。早知道直接訂早晚餐的選項了。
泳池女更衣室出來，旁邊可能施工有石子散落，這個要改進下，赤腳容易受傷的…
