想了一陣子，還是決定留個feedback。
預訂了這家酒店住5晚，但住了一晚後就決定離開了。
辦理入住手續非常麻煩。保安態度非常粗魯且毫無幫助。當我們向他詢問如何辦理入住時，他衹粗魯地回覆：“你有密碼嗎？沒有的話就是沒付錢、沒預訂酒店。”他的語氣非常沒禮貌。我們也因為沒大陸的號碼，無法聯絡上屋主感到很無助。最後我們得借路人的電話打給屋主。
我完全沒誇大-房間與描述完全不符，是一個完全不同的房間。沙發很臟，衞生間的門是壞的，馬桶也不乾淨。
二樓的天花板也很低，我身高1.56必須彎着身子走路。而且床上方設計了一個板子，每次起身都會撞到頭。
不過，酒店房主非常友善，服務也不錯。她接受了我的反饋，並退還了剩下幾晚的費用。
儘管如此，我還是不推薦這家Loft給任何人。

房間乾淨清爽，使用的全部都是一次性用品，四件套也是一次性的，還有一次性毛巾，浴巾 馬桶墊，入住非常方便 管家服務也好，非常貼心

房間和網上圖片展示一致，裝修風格也很喜歡，各種設施的很佈置精美，衞生very乾淨，入住很放心，民宿位置在繁華地段，周圍交通出行方便。隔音也好，空調涼爽，一整晚都睡的很安穩，下次來玩還會選擇這家民宿。
映入眼簾的房間佈局很精緻清新，並且屋內各類設施非常齊全，衞生也很細緻，房東非常有耐心，很滿意的一次入住體驗，個人很推薦！
周圍小吃也多，裝修環境簡約高雅，巨幕投影體驗好白色床品，整體衞生乾淨很清爽，房東服務熱情，耐心細心放心，很贊上無可挑剔必識歡識識

房間位置好，離武林廣場商圈很近，附近就有國大城市廣場，武林銀泰，杭州大廈，杭州中心，非常便利。住宿環境也很不錯，乾淨衞生，還有投影，是一次愉快的體驗
