On the 11th, I took my parents to Hangzhou for a visit. After checking in at night, I discovered that there were problems with the hygiene. I called the front desk hundreds of times but no one ever answered. The lights in the corridor were also so dim that it felt very eerie when walking down the corridor in the middle of the night. There was a Huang's Noodle House open nearby, so I didn't have a choice of meals. It was a very bad hotel experience.

酒店總體來説還是挺好的，體驗基本上和精品大床房沒什麼區別。住的那間旁邊是陽台，那晚下雨聲比較大，不算安靜（可能關窗可以解決）。另外垃圾桶裏麪的垃圾也沒有被倒完，希望酒店能再優化一下。
