相宜 is a stunning hotel that beautifully blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary design. From the elegant décor to the serene ambiance, every detail reflects sophistication and cultural charm.
The service here is truly outstanding. The moment I stepped out of the taxi, the staff warmly greeted me and assisted with my luggage all the way to my room. What’s more, I arrived an hour before check-in, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room so I could settle in early—such a thoughtful gesture!
The hotel exudes classic luxury, and my room offered a breathtaking mountain view, adding to the tranquil experience. Modern amenities like the Dyson hair dryer were a delightful touch, elevating the stay even further.
Breakfast is a simple yet delicious spread of Cantonese style dishes.
If you’re looking for a refined retreat near West Lake with welcoming hospitality, this is the place.

A very stylish hotel with strong privacy. Good sound insulation, beautiful landscaping layout, and scenery at every step. Booked two nights, checked in at midnight on the first night. The hotel had someone to help with luggage throughout the whole process. It was a little noisy on the roadside on the first night. After reporting the problem, the hotel upgraded to a larger room for free on the second night. The hotel breakfast is Cantonese breakfast, which is better than that of Guangdong star hotels. Children like it very much. A very cost-effective hotel, the first choice hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.
