The service here is truly outstanding. The moment I stepped out of the taxi, the staff warmly greeted me and assisted with my luggage all the way to my room. What’s more, I arrived an hour before check-in, and the front desk kindly upgraded my room so I could settle in early—such a thoughtful gesture!
The hotel exudes classic luxury, and my room offered a breathtaking mountain view, adding to the tranquil experience. Modern amenities like the Dyson hair dryer were a delightful touch, elevating the stay even further.
Breakfast is a simple yet delicious spread of Cantonese style dishes.

You can park at the door, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The overall environment is very good. The selling point should be that the environment and facilities are also good. But I just feel that the overall service is missing a bit of flavor. The transportation is quite convenient. The breakfast is Cantonese cuisine, which is recognized by Guangdong friends.

The hotel is conveniently located to various attractions near the West Lake, and you don't have to "enjoy" the traffic jams in Hangzhou when you take a taxi out.
