Clean, love that no smoking smell. Have the xiaodu speaker and can ask her on off tv, curtains, music. Have washing machine and dryer but have to share with people. Three washing machines and three dryers. And same floor as haidilao. Very convenient.

The hotel is located in the plaza, not far from the station. My room is on the fifth floor, quiet room. The room is very cozy and clean. Inside there’re basic amenities including electric kettle, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, slipper and grooming stuffs. However, there is no refrigerator and bidet, and wifi is quite slow. The staffs are very nice and friendly though they cannot speak English, they still try to communicate with us. Language barrier seems to be a big problem everywhere in China.

Nice hotel near West Lake area. Many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Just down the street and rent a bike to explore beautiful Hangzhou and West Lake. Room equipped with modern facilities.

We booked a non-smoking room at this hotel but upon arrival we got a smoking room. The lady at the counter told us that all the non-smoking rooms were occupied for the night and that she would transfer us to a non-smoking room the next day what did not happen. She put a humidifier in our room to help with the smell but that barely helped.
