The good Card access to guest rooms Booked our room with breakfast, limited variety but food was tasty 500m to In77 850m to Westlake 2km to Hefang street Bus stop right in front of hotel Mini gym FOC washer (detergent provided) and dryer FOC drinking water at reception The bad Found a dried up contact lens on the sofa upon check-in Cups in room were dusty We stayed for a week but no make up rooms. They only cleared the trash and changed towels. Didn’t replenish amenities like shampoo and toilet paper. Only 1 lift to service their guests from level 4 to 8 Breakfast at level 13, lift only brings you to level 12 Level 9-12 house another hotel - City Note. Their guests sometimes take the lift of Cheeinn to ground floor so the lift can be crowded sometimes, esp during check out timings. Booked a family room with Westlake view but mostly blocked by buildings and could only see a small corner of Westlake. Breakfast - limited options with no western food (bread and cereal). They do change their cooked food (alternating days) Overall a pleasant stay but they need to beef up on their cleanliness and provide more variety for breakfast.

Very clean and nice hotel, served good breakfast as well

The manager was exceptional. He did above and beyond to provide the best service ever!!! He asked what I liked for breakfast and asked the staff to prepare the dish. He bought the show tickets and helped to find locations, packed breakfast for my last day, since I left earlier.
