酒店設計感非常強，環境也沒得説。不論是最外面的九曲疊瀑鏤空中庭還是大堂吊頂走廊都是讓我眼前一亮的。酒店工作人員服務意識很高也比較細節，點贊。然後説説個人覺得或許可以改進的點，就是早餐跟房間衞生，之前住過同集團的逍遙莊園，相比之下早餐真的差的不是一點兩點，不論從種類還是口味。房間衞生問題有兩處，玻璃杯底的臟東西跟房間裏有螞蟻，還蠻多衹的，也不知從哪鑽出來的。總體入住感受就是酒店很有設計感，坐落湘湖邊環境也沒得説，工作人員很好，但是早餐比較不匹配，房間衞生細節也有待改善哈

酒店非常不錯，對面就是湘湖景區，自然環境很好。酒店也很新，而且非常有設計感，景觀精緻新潮。房間大，隔音也好，設施齊全，硬件很不錯，酒店員工很熱情，服務態度也很好。

酒店環境和住宿都非常好，酒店很新，服務也很棒，依山傍水，酒店內有小型小童樂園和展覽，小朋友們很喜歡，在酒店裡也能玩很久。不喜歡爬山的可以電梯上天台，一覽湘湖秀麗風光。酒店就在湖邊，我晨跑了半個湖。

衞生：酒店衞生一般，比較像高級的民宿，走廊有一股奇怪的味道，廁所打掃的也不是很乾凈。

酒店選址不錯，周邊環境優美，酒店本身的設計也挺有美感，但是由於是建在一個狹長的山坡上，幾棟樓之間來回跑有點麻煩，還有就是低樓層的部分房間衞生間有異味。服務員的態度都非常好，無論是前台、禮賓部、小童俱樂部的人員、還是打掃衞生的阿姨、游泳池的救生員都非常棒
